There are so many options, APS (australian company) do Subaru specific fits theis website is ; www.airpowersystems.com.au/international_spec/2002_model_sti
I have a MRT one fitted to my bugeye STi only reason I got the MRT was when I bought my car whilst in Cyprus it was the only one I knew about. Also Harvey on here does intercoolers aswell. Do a search for FMIC on here and you should get a few more options.
With the FMIC you do get a bit more lag, I have got used to it now and it not a problem. Best of luck, if you want I should be able to post some pics. Just thought if you do go onto the APS website you can look through the fitting instructions and see what you think.
