Knocking for throttle butterfly/ throttle linkage

Knocking for throttle butterfly/ throttle linkage
hi wonder if anyone can help, my MY00 won't idle,
on start up it revs right to 3000rpm then comes back down but wont settle
also theres a knocking from the throttle butterfly/ throttle linkage, you can actually see the linkage move when knocking,?
ive already changed plugs and leads just because i had them, cleaned the ICV, cleaned the MAF (300zxtt). tried adjusting the TPS.
also when the ICV is unplugged the symptons are the same
CAn anyone else shed any light?
