Default How much back pressure is too much?

Messured my back-pressure just after the turbo. I have a catted 3 inch exhaust with a 2.5 inch silencer. The highest reading was ~ 0.3 bar.

Thoughts
If I decreased the back pressure would that be the same as making the turbo work less for same boost? My boost is set to around 1.5 bar. Can you add the two and say that the turbo is being forced to work at 1.8 bar? If I got rid of all the back-pressure, would that make the turbo work alot less hard (= more power at same boost)?

Back pressure is usually referred to as the back pressure in the headers.
With a good exhaust system there should be virtually no back pressure after the turbo.
