Default Atmospheric or Reserc?

In the market for a dump valve... Would like a little whoosh but am more concerned about not loosing power and altering the running characteristics. The car is a PPP WRX and only 9 months old so cannot be remapped for the forseable warranty period.

Was thinking of a Forge reserc...

Any opinions / recommendations?

Cheers

the OE recirx one will be fine for the standard power, may aswell just leave it? unless you want the noise ( which you can get a bit of by removing the resonator from the wing)

atomospheric that was on my car when i bought it dumped too much air in the engine bay confusing the maf and making it over fuel. so i was told, sounded stupid as well when trying to park etc. got a turbosmart recirc which just sounds purposeful through the induction filter.

Were you revving the nuts off it when you were parking?

I think even just changing the DV would invalidate your warranty.

just installed one on my car
love the sound but i am sure i lost a bit of power

no problems with the idle and the car is running fine

i am going to change the spring as its a lot softer than the stock one and i think that should give me back my power

As said earlier remove the resonator and you will hear the OE recirc more, as well as the turbo spooling.
