Default which pistons

I have a jap my 95 wrx with 2 pistons down , not sure whether to get a set of new standard pistons or forged pistons , what other work will i need to have done to fit a set of forged pistons ,any other parts needed i,e, conrods etc ?, is it a good reliable upgrade to do whilst engine in bits ? or should i just stick to standard , any help in decieding appreciated ...Dave

try Zenperformance, Lateral or Scoobyclinic and probably API im sure they do uprated pistons,
It may as well be done whilst engine is in bits. Block will best to be bored and honed so oversize pistons will be required.
Do it right, do it once.
