Loose the VTA dump valve
Decat/sports cat exhaust
Uprated Fuel pump
Apexi Power FC ECU or similar + mapping.
Car will be transformed. Have a word with a mapper. Andy Forrest and Pavlo specialise in Power FC supply, fit and map.

if Its a 94 wagon I guess its probably a td04 turbo, if thats the case theres not a lot more avaliable ( assuming you want it to remain reliable )
agree with New scooby 04 , loose VTA, you've already got a full decat I take it that does include the downpipe ? ( probably the only cat on your 94 )
wouldnt have though an uprated fuel pump was really nessesary but wont do any harm & yours is probably tired if its original anyway.
Mapping an absolute definate !! not only for more performance but to keep the engine in one piece.
Lots of options on this though AP FC ECU is a popular choise I've never had any personal contact with one but its probably ideal, I think its pretty expensive by the time youve bought the ECU & more importantly mapped.
There is the cheaper option ( which I've recently done myself ) of a "scoobyecu" if you can find one.. or an ESL daughterboard, check out the group buy forum ( quite recent ) for others who tried the same.
Alternatively you could just tweek DV & boost tap have fun for a couple of runs & blow your engine up its kinda up to you
