Default blitz sbc boost controller

I've just installed this(yesterday) and can't seem to get this thing sorted, i understand what i should be doing, and it does hold the boost better, but it seems to be coming in much slower than when i had a manual controller, before the car would have slight lag, then boost would come in very quickly, go to 1 bar then settle just below, now i have this blitz controller on, the boost comes in very slowly, it gets to around 0.5bar then stays there for a bit before going up to a bar, I've tried increasing the gain, but then i just get overboost and fuel cut out, so curently i have it set at warning 1.2bar, reducing by 10, and on 55 on a gain of 15. my peak shows at 1.2 bar so it appears its overboosting, but why is it taking so long to get up to boost, and why does the car feel a lot slower than when i had the manual controller installed. also when i set it to off i get about 0.3bar max, yet with the old boost controller even all the way in i still got 0.8bar

can anyone tell me whats going on, or will someone like extreme's be able to set this up for me without it hurting my bank card too much??

Have you checked all pipework to make sure you haven't plumbed it in wrong? That would be my first step...

all pipework there and properly, no kinks in boost reading, both pipes and wiring, seems to be better today, but still laggy compared to before, and when the boost does come in its nots as fast or fierce as with the manual controller

Are you using any of the oem tubing ? Just a thought maybe the restrictor is in the hose ?
I ran mine with no restrictor and had no probs. With it turned off you should see around 0.8 from actuator tension only.
Do you have the hoses on the valve correct ?
