Hi.

mine was doin this 99 uk turbo, took it down to clinic and they said it wasdown to me having a k&n air filter on which they took off and replaced with a panel filter....but then they had to put a new MAF sensor in which did the trick......mine was just not boosing at all....

Hope this helps...but just read that u've changed the MAF,so don't really know....

Take the battery off for five minutes and then reconnect. much easier way to reset the ECU prviding you know the stereo code!!!

take it for a little spin, (nothing major)

Connect the two black cables under the stearing wheel to check the ecu. watch for flashes, any check against the chart below

It sounds almost like limp mode, mine went into limp mode the other day, wouldn't rev past 4.5K RPM, mine turned out to be a buggered maf but it could be anything

Yes there are, you just have to find them. They are probably tied up tight somewhere on the steering column.

Check the arm is still attached to the wastegate. A mate had this happen to him, it felt like the car was running at half boost. Re-attached it and pow, full boost back ! !
