strange things are happening temp gauge usually stays in the middle after warming but recently after crank gasket was done it goes up to 3 quaters hot, and even right upto top of gauge then suddenly drops instantly to under middle. also seems to be misfiring as went to put my foot down in 5th gear today and it actually got slower so changed down to 4th and still nothing. any ideas guys?
