Shogun ? (Sorry - not scoob)
Hi
sorry , this concerns a shogun, not my beloved scoob, but I wasn't sure where else to put it.
Quick question ..
I've bought a 3.0 GLS petrol (uk) 1996 Shogun.
The insurance company want proof that the immobiliser is thatcham 2.
There is no actual immobiliser paperwork
Th immobiliser has two bits, one bit on the dash , with two metal contacts on it, and another bit which is like a key fob. when you put the fob on the dash bit, it beeps quickly , then a second time it beeps longer, and the car is ok to start.
The question is , does anyone know whether this is a "standard" mitsubishi shogun immobiliser ?
any help greatly appreciated - Thanks - Mark
