I have a 94 wrx with forged bottom end, tdo5, 740cc injectors, uprated pump and reg, manifold, ful decat and gems ecu. Im running 1.4 bar but only managed 303 bhp and 295lb on the rollers yesterday.
This seems a bit low, as when I ran it with 380cc injectors, avcr and safc, I ran 327/313lb!
I know it was warm but would this account for the low result?

Was it the same set of rollers? Different rollers = different results as no two are the same as i understand it.

is the car quicker than your previous setup ???? if it is why are you bothered ???

 

When I ran the car with the apexi set up, I got the figures stated above. I had a Gems ecu fitted and mapped on the rollers at G-Force and recorded 346bhp/337lb/ft before having a final tweak on the road. I then went to a RR day a few weeks later and got 301bhp/280lb/ft! Have now fitted bigger injectors, air filter heat shield, new pump and reg and had a remap. I thought my figures would have been a bit higher, thats all.
