diff bolts...?
There are two threaded studs with nuts to the rear diff, they run horizontally along the underside of the car at the back of the unit.
If you are lucky when removing them the nuts are slightly seized and they come out like a bolt, allowing the diff to drop. nice.
If you are not lucky the nuts come straight off and the diff is a barst to remove.
I want to use proper bolts on the RA first time out, does anyone have the sizes please?

The trick is to use one of the nuts from the front 4 bolts (undo 2 so the diff is still supported by the other 2 - this stops the diff rotating on the rubber mounts) and wind them on each of the 2 bolts (that already have their nuts on), lock the 2 nuts together then undo the first nut. This will unthread the bolt and not the locked nuts.
Just to add, once you've loosened the bolts keep them in the diff untill you've taken the 4 front nuts (and prop and cradle) off (whilst supporting the diff on the jack), theres less chance of it swinging down and falling off the jack - its 28kgs
