cam pulleys

everyones got to be sick of me by now but
cam pulley tool do i need it or can you get camm pulleys off without it

From: Under the bonnet...still!

Use a oil filter strap type tool to grip the pully. Just make sure you dont turn the shaft to much or you might end up with bent valves.
