I bought mine for 350 € exclude the condensor (in front of the radiator), wich will be a new one.
Not an original part, they charge 500€ for it, a local radioator/cooler factory has it in stock for 120 €
So for 470€ I have a fully working aircon + cost of filling up.

Richard, thanks for the info, from the help that the circuit diagram gave me I find I'm just short of an "Evaporation thermostatic switch unit" This seems to be a small module with a 3 pin connector that goes in the evaporation unit near the heater fan housing. From what I can see its an active device with a thermistor and an amplifier. It takes a positive 12V supply and the switched earth from the A/C switch. The output from it sends a signal to the ecu to switch on the A/C relay and the fans. I've temporarily bypassed this with a relay and all is working fine, just need to get the system pressurised, hopefully very soon.
So, can anyone help with the evap thrmo unit I need? What does it look like? can it be purcahsed new, if so how much?
thanks,
Martin

Now I find that there is a leak! The pipe that goes from the pump to the condenser, it's the wrong fitting at the pump end (Sti4 Pump), I now need a replacement pipe that has a larger fitting to the pump, can anyone help?
