how offten should a cambelt be changed on a my94 wrx

I have downloaded a PDF format manual which states 60,000 miles or 48 months for a my95.

However, I have just done a search and read a thread that states pre MY99 should be done every 45,000 miles and post MY99 every 60,000 miles
