'92 wrx slanted intercooler
The intercooler on my '92 WRX looks a bit fooked to me, nearly all the blades i can see on the top are bent, and also looking at the scoop its a bit of a crap design as it appears only about half the intercooler gets any air from the scoop, can I get one of the newer straight intercoolers and put that on, or am I doomed to stick with the old one, don't want to go front mount at the moment, as I remember the hassle of trying to put a huge X5 one in my sierra (am I allowed to say that word on this forum?)
any help would be great
cheers

The little skirt under the scoop makes sure all the air gets to the intercooler.
The larger straight ones are a bit of a bitch to fit, you'll need to do some welding and get the underplate for the vent.
