I've fitted front and rear Eibach 24mm Anti Roll bars but the front is rubbing on the steering control arms will is be ok or could it damage something in time? as there does not seem to be any room for adjustment. Also the rear is knocking on the exhaust mount will it be ok?

You have installed the front one UPSIDE DOWN. Very easy to do!
The rear one should not rub anywhere.

As above, ARB goes under the steering arms.

i checked the bar and according to the marks on it it was mounted correctly but i turned it over anyway so it goes under the the control arm and its fine now thanks for the help guys.
