thinking of upgrading my turbo in MY01 classic turbo from TD04 to a bigger one. what i wanted to know is what turbo to get: a VF35 or a TD05?
would be great to hear what people have gone for and what kind of bhp/torque they have gained.

I've got a VF28 off a P1 on mine, Made a massive difference. so much stronger, quick spool up and pulls all the way to red line. We'll worth the £125 I paid for it!!!!!!! Whistles a little bit but I heard this iscommen.

I have the following supporting mods and made 317 on powerstations rollers.

Hybrid FMIC (Lagged over turbo)
Magnex De-cat down pipe (Lagged)
5Zigen 3" centre and back box
K&N induction kit
Tek3 Remap

Also had the Clutch replaced with a performance Exedy and Lighten flywheel.

Bad news was I killed the gear box within a month, but the car has done 90K so couldn't complain
