z4 question???

z4 question???

recently opened my z4 ecu to find a black box stuck in the middle? it has 4 wires(red black yellow & green)solderd into the ecu, my guess is it might be a fuel cut defender! not sure though any ideas? thanks.

It is uses the 4th pin in then it's wired into the map sensor circuit and hence is an FCD.

thanks for that! it uses pin 131(red wire) 121(black wire) and the green(ecu side)and yellow wire
(plug side)go to pin da300 which is cut, guess da300 must be the map sensor curcuit then!thanks again..
