Several Queries.
Hello,
I have a 94' WRX (standard 240BHP?)currently running a Z4 ECU and HKS backbox (260BHP?). I'm in the stages of saving for a decat dp and centre (270-280BHP?). I also have the orginal 2C ECU sitting here, which i also would like to know afew things about. Can these be sent off or do they have to be modified in situe ?. Whats the likelyhood of a good mod on the 2C creating more boost for longer than the z4 ?.
My aim is to achieve 300BHP, would this be likely with a modded 2C ? I should have the car on a rolling road by late next week.
Thanks for any help.

You can only modify the 2C by adding a chip that increases boost and maps fueling and ignition timing to suit.
These are fitted into the ECU using a socket that is soldered into the board inside the casing. If you cant solder, then I wouldn't recommend attempting it yourself.
Use the search function and type in "scoobyecu". This should help out a lot.
One of these with a de-cat should see up to about 280-290 bhp
