Default wierd noise

hi all a bit of a wierd question for you got my head gaskets done fitted steel ones and now from cold the engine rattles like a bag of spanners it gets better when warm but not away altogether do you think the gaskets could be to blame eg blocking an oilway or something as it was silent before they were done any comments would be most welcome thanks in advance
