Default Help on fitting oil temperature sender

Having just read up on fitting a sender above piston 3, I am unsure about sealing the sender and adapter. I have a Racetech sender and an LMA 067/M adapter, but the adapter did not come with any seals. Is it simply a case of getting a suitable O-ring for the adapter->block seal, and for the sender->adapter seal the sender comes with a metal washer is this sufficient?

Also, any recommendations for a cheap single 52mm pod for a pre-98 dash, the one I've got is a bit rubbish...

Many thanks, Aaron
