Default sticky brakes

i own a 98 impreza sport and the passenger side front calliper is sticking. i have had this problem before and after taking it into subaru 18 months ago they fixed the problem untill now. Is there anyway of repairing the calliper to prevent it happening again, or is it worth replacing? If replacement is the best option (which i have a feeling it is) i am looking at replacing the standard callipers with those off of a turbo. Is this possible with positions of the retaining bolts etc... and will i need to replace the disks at the same time ?

Thanks

PS. if the turbo brakes are an option, does some1 have a set they are willing to sell, and if so, for how much?
