no URL but what do you want to know?
Turbo is IHI VF28, Pistons are Sti cast items etc.
or are you after dimensions etc?

I am really interested in what sort of components (internal - pistons, injectors blah blah) I need to attain approx 330/330 bhp/Ib-ft, without compromising on the life of the engine, so to speak.
Just really want a comprehensive break down as to my options.
Sounds like the spanish inquisition but im sure the SN Community can advise/help

The o.e p1 STI forged pistons (and the rest of the engine) will be fine for that power.
The VF28 will just about make 330 with supporting mods, but torque will be down in the 310 region.
What is your budget?

TBH I want to use quality components and I would like to keep £££ to around £6-7K.
Car is currently a MY98 UK WR Sport. with Full De-Cat and Green Panel Filter.
TD05 - Whats this 16g/20g business
Forged Pistons
ECU (Apexi) - Dont want an ECU with so many configurable parts....one which compliments the current Prodrive ECU.
FMIC or TMIC....More interested in quicker spool up and minimise lag
Fuel Injectors (What Size - 550c) - Can these be explained?
I have read quite abit on SN and other Scooby sites (inc. P1woc)
Too much data to phathom LOL ....

If you are going to strip the engine to change pistons, you would be better off puting some aftermarket forged pistons in which will be a lot better than the STI 'forged' items. These will be capable of withstanding a lot more than 330 if you want to upgrade in the future.
your choice of turbo will depend on your power aims, im no expert but a TD05/06 16G sounds about right for your aims, an 18G for 350 BHP and a 20G for more.
440's should be sufficient for that power, but again you may save yourself in the long run by going for 550's that give you a bit more headroom.
A set of ported headers will give you better results at that spec than tubulars.
Apexi sounds good to me
TMIC will be ok at that power, but worth looking at a later (larger) one. 350 + go for a FMIC - a lot of rubbish is talked about the extra lag but in my experience it is negligible.
TBH, with that budget you more than enough to do a god job with quality components
