Default time for the modding to rebegin

Hey all,

I recently destroyed my car in switzerland when some fool crossed the motorway and i swerved to avoid him, and so I need to start again with modifications.

My old car was as follows:

MY01 Bugeyed WRX
Gruppe-S manifold
Magnex uppipe
TD05-16G
Scoobysport 2.5" Downpipe
Prodrive Centre decat 2.5"
Afterburner Vortex centre section and backbox 2.5"
STi 550 injectors
APS TMIC
K&N Panel Filter
Remapped to suit

all of this got me 330bhp pretty much on the head from Powerstation's rollers.
As I'm looking to do it all again, I'm thinking to take the next step, with my recently purchased 52 plate WRX with only 17k on the clock !!

I'm thinking along these lines:

Gruppe-S manifold
Helix Flex Uppipe
TD05-18G
3" Exhaust system straight through from downpipe to backbox, with custom Afterburner Vortex 3"

right now this is where my questions come in. Who makes a good full 3" exhaust system?
I want a FMIC, but unfortunately havent seen many on bugeyes and so have no idea where to look, and i presume i will need to combine this with a decent induction kit?
What rating injectors will I need and where can I get them?

thanks for any help you can give me

Revolution with a RCMS downpipe or H&S complete for exhaust, speak to Harvey Smith for the FMIC and i'd consider his ported headers instead of the Gruppe-S manifold on a reasonably std car,

I had the Gruppe S headers on my old car... theyre brilliant, improved spool up, loads more power, and a great sound
