Default uprated fuel pumps help please

can anyone give advice on uprated fuel pumps and regulators ie:which ones are more widley used, recommended for a sti type ra with race manifold, decat exhaust lightened flywheel and pulleys and a forth coming standalone ecu ta!

from what ive read everyone seems to use the walbro 255. You can get them pretty cheap off flat four online

Definately a Walbro 255, about £90 delivered from flat4online.co.uk

And stick with the standard fuel pressure regulator, if being used with standard size injectors

But if the fuel pump delivers more fuel pressure or you want to tune up a bit an adjustable fuel regulator would be useful, from FSE 1:1 ( around £90 ) to an SX regulator at more ££ ( £160 ?? ) and probably others.

Ohh and I thought they would have gone down in price.!!

Have done the shop check now, and I was £20 ish out .. but it was a guesstimate and labelled with a ? anyway! I'd expect any buyer to go look themselves anyway before buying. { I didn't .. Blush}
