Handbrake Sticking
New to me Classic Subaru in storage at the moment, took it out for a bit handbrake was stuck - understandable - it had been standing for a bit. Put it back in the garage after a wash with the handbrake OFF and in gear. Took it our again and it was stook even worst, with the handbrake left off, how could this be??
Any suggestions?

The mechanism is probably just sticking, bring the hand brake up and down loads of times to see if you can loosen it up, other wise off with the rear drums for a peek.
