Engine cutting out, on idle
If im slowing down for the lights, if i depress the clutch pedal the revs drop really low, and sometimes stalls completly.
I have a had a lightened flywheel put on a while ago, could this affect it.
What other causes could there be, other than that the car is running fine.
Any ideas?

hi there try having your MAF sensor checked easy way to do it is unplug the cable on top then try and start your car with no revvs it may wonder but should run then plug MAF sensor cable back itwith engine running ...this should make it now cut out. If not don't know surely someone on here will say something. Good luck

check your dump valve the spring inside gets week or sometimes just isnt strong enough if its a bailey /forge /or collins you can open them up and stretch the spring to make them stiffer this sometimes stops them stalling
