Default Would full decat cause the ecu to show an oxygen sensor fault?

Hi everyone,
I have fitted a full miltec decat system to my Uk impreza and decieded it was time to reset the ecu. It is now showing fault code 32, oxygeb sensor. Could this be because of the change of the exhaust??? Has anyone else found this?

Just an idea, but if a gasket isn't sealed properly, the extra oxygen could cause the lambda sensor to read high and therefore show a fault.
