varies from type to type, best bet, 'do exactly what it says on the tin' lol, sorry couldn't resist, normally you add a certain amount per tank, wether it be a couple of cup fulls or in some cases whole bottle, uidlines for use will be printed on the tin

you put a full botttle in and then again on 5th tank, not alot wil be in the 2nd tank let alone in 4th tank.
nf or millers are common one that seem to be thought of quite well, not realy up on good ro bad ones to be honest.
as said find one your happy with and just read the tin to use proper amount.

Octane booster
I have always used millers octane plus. put one bottle per full tank. Most retailers will sell you a case of ten for thirty quid. This plus shell optimax gives you 99.4 ron.

Your car was intended to run on 100 Ron fuel in Japan so best use Optimax or at least Super if not available plus a good octane booster. I have used several Millars octane boosters but the most effective in terms of performance and cost that I have found is Nitrous Formula sold by RCMS and many others and available by mail. For your purpose with Optimax you should be OK with 1ml per litre of fuel.

In my 6 years of running classic imports in various states of tune I have used 1ml/litre NF with SUL and then Optimax when it was introduced, and now Tesco 99. I monitor knock I have never had det issues on the OE ECU's this way with road driving. On track I up it to 2ml/litre and limit the car to 15 - 20 min sessions on those with OE TMICs
