is it true that they dont do emmisions tests on certain jap cars???

 

if its right what my mot man told me?...if you have a pre `96 import you dont have to have a cat test

they will enter it for a cat test if it fails they will enter it under a pre cat fitment test....but you will have to find a garage that knows this law,some dont took me a while to find one local to me
