What turbo upgrade
I have recently bought a fmic and also an Apexi Fc and Commander and I know when I fit all these I will have to get it mapped. My car is a 1994 WRX so what would be the upgrade turbo I could put on to have less lag cos of the fmic.
Any help would be very much appreciated

You want to use the smallest turbo possible for your needs.
I would take a look on Andy's site.
The td04 hybrid is highly reccomended.
