Default how to check lambda sensor ?

is there a way of checking it ? i'm not getting any CELs

had my car on the rollers earlier and it had lost 75 bhp from 2 weeks ago when it made 347 bhp
made 272 today , the graph shows that my AFR is a flat line from 4100 rpm
boost hit max 19 psi at 4100 rpm but dropped to 13 psi at 6450 rpm

the techy bloke said it's running very VERY rich but i've always had it mapped straight after every mod
bob rawle must be sick of seeing me lol

car is my00 UK classic and has been on many diferent rollers and has always made 340 - 349 BHP
apart from today obviously

i have no idle problem though

lambda or maf ?
could it be 1 of these or something else ?

Lambda isn't taken into account on a full throttle run, so wouldn't make a jot of difference to the BHP in that respect.

pavlo says i must have a leak somewhere for the boost drop so much
which i can understand, i'll check all the i.c pipe and hoses tomorrow.

but would this still cause it to run so rich ?
70 -75 bhp is a heck of alot to lose

It causes the richness, because the air is being sucked through the MAF sensor, so the ECU thinks it's going into the engine, but instead it's leaking out. The ECU meanwhile doesn't know it's lost the air, so puts the fuel in nonetheless, causing richness. In addition, as the ECU reads increased airflow, it sees increased load, and should find itself on an area of the map that has less ignition advance, causing the power to from further. COmbined with less boost, you will easily experience the power difference you see.

Usually makes a horrid wheezy whistle if a hose comes loose (or is left loose as I have done in the past )
No odd sounds apparent?

but does make sence

i've had hoses work loose before and i know the exact noise your on about
but nothing this time
when i ran at interpro i noticed a slight hiss but still ran it
it still made 347 there but the day after the hissing hose did fall off lol
100% secured that 1 and used mikalor for that bit extra
ain't checked t'others yet but will do sometime today
if i can't find anything then i'm going to get a 2nd opinion on other rollers without telling them about yesterdays run, just to see what power it does and if they say it's TOO rich

maybe,maybe not

put it all back together earlier , feels fine , hitting just under 1.45 bar and tailing back to around 1.2
the graph on the RR day said i was hitting 19psi and dropping to 13

well 1.45 = 22psi and 1.2 bar = 17.4 psi
so,i've either sorted or god knows lol
