Weight difference bug wrx bonnet/blob sti bonnet?

I was under the impression the wrx had a heavy steel bonnet, and the sti had a light ally one.

Can anyone shed any light on this for me please

pretty sure all newage turbo bonnets are lightweight.

yup only the GX retained the steelie....shame, as i wanted a non scoop bonnet but didnt want the extra kiloage!
