Default Who much BHP can my STI VI handle safely?

We are transplanting a MY00 WRX-STI VI Type-R engine in my enginebay, together with ALL the other moving parts & bits. (Gearbox, diffs, etc)

I will put a TD05-18G in place of the original IHI-VF28 in combination with the STI-TMIC, en have the car tekked on 1.25Bar boost which will hold on easely up to 7600rpm where the new rev.limit will be set.

We expect to generate a very smooth 340BHP aprox.

My main question is, are the OEM-connection-rod's capable of handling this power, and will they survive the high rev's?

Someone mentioned I should replace them bij stronger ones, like Eagle-, or Pauter-ones.

So youre opinion on this one please lads.

Grtz. Arend.
