have heard about upgrading the upipe on my car but dont know too much about it.

whats the benefits of this on a my 93 wrx with a few mods.

and also what sort of gains.

full decat
blitz ind kit
uprated fuel pump
fuel press reg
fuel cut defender
(remap coming nxt month )

any help pls??

very little I should think. It's the 01 + WRX that come with cats in the up-pipes so they will see the benefit from a modification.
