Default Boost Solenoid

My car has just recently got some work done to the engine and got it out of the garage last week. The boost started to play up yesterday so I checked the oil level which was way over full. I am now trying to clean out the solenoid as suggested but don't have a clue which one it is

Can someone confirm it with me on the picture below

Thanx alot guys

Got it all sorted now, but have noticed that the pipe connected to the bottom part of the solenoid was just hanging loose and not connected to anything. Is it suppose to be that way or has someone forgot to stick it back into place
