Default help with fault codes

hi,k ive just done a fault code check on my ecu and it has come up with 5 long one short and four long three short. iv elooked this up and from what i can see it is saying inhibuter switch (my car is a manual) and throttle switch.
i have just done a rebuild on it and the ar was running fine before i started and now it has a big flat spot around 1000-2000 rpm. could anyone point me in the right direction? thanks.

flat spot could well be the throttle position switch.. try repositioning it
