Default Classic Import De-restriction

Hello,
I have a 94 Classic Import. It hits 110mph and is restricted. Can anyone tell me how exactly i go about de-restricting, i heard it was through a plug on the speedo (if so where would this be located and is it easy to remove) and also the ECU. Would like some help please locating the ECU on the car so i am able to compare against ECU chips for sale on Ebay.
I have a MPH clock face fitted but it ends at 110mph, how exactly do you fit say a 150mph face and have it still read the correct MPH.
Thanks for your help.

ive got 180 mph faces and a small coverter that plugs in to the back of the dials and end of cable so it reads mph instead and your ecu is under the carpet on the the pass side footwell

Yes, fit that. I assume the 110mph clock face is an over sticker, you can remove this to reveal the 180kph clock, which will count in MPH, you then have to stick a 'M' over the 'K'

Well i replaced the clocks a month or so ago as there was no reading at all. I have a 110mph face, not fitted yet but it wouldn't take me long. Are you saying with this converter the KPH clock will then read in MPH.
IE it will read 50 when i am doing 50 MPH ? so i don't need to have the MPH clock on there, just read the km clock as MPH ?
The clock also has a MPH sticker over the KMH anyway.

Not sure if I'm explaining myself right.
Right now a KM clock which reads up to 180KM is on there with a MPH sticker over KMH. With this converter would it then read 50 at 50 MPH ?
