With my98 STi type R running Gems ecu... does it still use the MAF... If it doesn't, can I just ditch it for abit of pipe without MAF??? Seen some samco pipes made for the job somewhere...
May aswell do everything while the engine is out...

 

Done just that on my bugeye. a quick question, does your car get temprimental at starting when the ambient temperature is below 10 Centigrade? I ask because mine is a right sod to start once the ambient temperature is below 8 centigrade and living in the north of Scotland it don't go above it to often in winter.

 

My car is currently engine less... just looking into this before I build it back up... bttt
