Default HKS dump valve not dumping

Just been out for a bit of a blast down the lanes and noticed my HKS SSQV has stopped dumping. I still hear a chattering when changing, but no psssstt when on boost. It was doing it yesterday. I backed off and drove off boost home. I checked the vacuum hose at idle and there's suction there.

Cheers
Martin

open your valve up using hex keys and check weather the rubber diaphragm in the valve has ripped. If its not that, may be the valve is sticking and needs to be lubed?

nope no oil change or top up. I'll take it apart and check ta.
Is there any sneaky springs I've got to watch for when I take it apart.

I'll put my recirc back on for now.

when you take the first portion of the valve out, the cover, you can get to the hex nuts that you really need to undo to get it apart, which are the ones at the back of the valve. When you undo these, you will need to use some force to pull the back of the valve out, then the spring will jump out and hit your face, so becareful. lol, other wise should be easypeasy. If this doesnt fix it Im stumped, as I had this also happened to me and the diaphragm was fine when I opened mine up, but It just wouldnt vent ! and the valve seems very hard to open by hand, may be the springs to old and need changing ? just a thought.
