Default Fuel tank breather

Just went to put fuel in the car today and opend the tank, there was a lot air drawn in, seem to have a breather problem, can anyone tell me where it breaths from so i can see if the breather is blocked, dont really want it getting staverd of fuel.

I don't think it should be a problem.

My V5 STI does it occasionaly as did my old MY98 WRX.

Unless someone else posts to the contrary I wouldn't worry about it.
