Unhappy error code 45

hello people, i've a problem with my scooby, ecu showing up error code 45, and only getting .5 bar is this the map sensor that you clean and where is it exactly, ?????

any help would be greatly accepted !

The solenoid is mounted on the drivers side inner wing just before the front suspension strut top. It is the alluminium thing with 2 pipes coming from it (earlier models had 3 pipes i think). What you are supposed to do is take the two bolts off and remove it from its mounts, then pull the 2/3 pipes off and squirt brake cleaner (some people have also used carburettor cleaner) into it. dont worry about filling it up.

Also squirt cleaner into the pipes aswell. you then have to find the green connectors under the dash and connect these and switch the car on but don't crank it, the solenoid will begin to click away and all the dirty fluid will come out of the pipes once this is done disconnect the green connectors. Then put it back together

I woud also recommend doing a ECU reset then take it out for a drive to flush it through.

I have tried it once and definitely noticed a difference.
