Different model I know but I was getting an O2 and MAF code on my STi 4 - replaced the MAF (£200) and reset - same codes.

Replaced the Lambda and it was fine - no error code.

Think u can get a false positive so-to-speak with the O2/MAF codes.

£55 from AWD
