Default Turbo fitment help!!

after many cut and knocked about knuckles i was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on fitting the bottom water hose on my vf35 turbo, anyone whos had the pleasure of changing theres would know, as you lower the turbo into place you block any access to the clips that hold the hose on,

ive tried it in so many ways, but im sure there is some sort of nack to it

any help would be great

thanks
dale

Put a jubilee clip around the bottom of the oil drain pipe and a sprung loaded clip on the top, grease the turbo metal pipe up so that it will just push in without too much trouble, also maybe worth greasing up the intake pipe so that slots on a bit easier as thes can be a real slag too.....

good luck

I think the awkward one under the turbo is the oil return .. seems the easiest way to refit turbo to block is to leave hose clipped to block and lower turbo onto it/ into it, and if u can reach jimmy up the clip!

Did that with my TD05 and not had an oil leak from there in 2 years, and I am not sure if I actually got the spring clip back up th the turbo !!!!

Of course I could be wrong / in wrong area for the hose you mention!!
