Default 112mph

hi giys i have just bought my first scooby. its a 96 import and is restricted to 112mph dos anyone know the precedure for getting it up to full power,thanks alot newbie

take it to a garage that knows what there doing, where u from.

If its like mine, with a cable speedo... you just need to plug a speedo convertor thingy (its basically an epicyclic gearbox).
This goes inline the speedo cable and converts from km/h to mph. And also has the side effect of removing the limiter.

Takes about 15minutes to change.

You need to keep a note of the KM's at the point you fit it though, as it will start to dial up in Miles on the Trip meter.

The limiter will still be there, but it will be at 178mph and not KPH.
