Default what turbo would suit my car best?

im looking to buy a better turbo for my car but im unsure which ones do wat. ive got a my00 and im looking for just over 300bhp with a low down spool up. ive got the following mods.

full decat with open neck downpipe
ported headers with greddy up pipe
hks pannel fiter with aibox mod
sti 8 intercooler with water spray
oil catch can
colder plugs
walbro fuel pump
tek 3
3 port boost solonoid

any advise appreciated

VF34 bolt it on mapp it and job done you'll be very happy with that if just over 300bhp is your goal.

get 1 of the VF series turbo's off and old STI VF34/35 etc you can get them 2nd hand for a steal these days.

other than that if you want low lag and 300, go for a andy forrest hybrid td04 but they are quite a bit more expensive... same with the td05 16g onwards.. either will get you 300

cheerz for the replies. are the vf series turbos low lag like the td04 hybrid?

some are, some aint.... it all depends which 1 you buy.

is anyone running a v23 turbo? theres one forsale on here and im wondering wat it would be like with my mods. thanks
