How do you reset the ECU + Fuel Pressure - MY00?

How do you reset the ECU + Fuel Pressure - MY00?
Just put the OE ecu back in my MY00, got a check engine light and think its the maf.
I will order a new one in the morning but then will need to reset the ECU afterwards, is there a way of connecting something under the dash to do a reset instead of disconnecting the battery?
Also does anyone know the stock fuel pressure for a MY00 UK? its just that I was running a Link previously and had it set to 4 bar atmos, need to turn it down for the stock ECU.
