DO I NEED FORGED UPRATED PISTONS IN MY EJ257 TO ACHEIVE 400/400 ???

As the title suggests - would really appreciate anyone who knows a bit about the EJ257 block to tell me weather i should look at uprating my pistons to acheive 400/400.........Please help me!!

John Banks is the expert on this topic, but from what I've read over this last 12 months I think the answer would be yes:
1
Because you are on the edge of the stock pistons
2
Because you will want 450x450 soon.....
