Would it still work on a aftermarket ECU?

IE apexi GEMS?

Also would a CEL Fix work as well?

the cel will work in a way on the apexi.
It can be set to flash if it detects knock above a certain level, and also if your injector duty reaches 100%. dont know about anything else though and I am sure it doesnt detect failing sensors etc
